Old Collegians - Christian Brothers College

Old Collegians

The Christian Brothers College Old Collegians (CBCOC) formed in 1886, has a proud history of inclusivity and community – something that still stands strong today with our current Christian Brothers College students.

The CBCOC is a networking community of graduates and old scholars nearing 1000 members, who regularly hold social events, and participate in providing other benefits including:

  • An annual Year 8 scholarship, which is offered to someone chosen by the Principal who otherwise would not have had the opportunity to attend the College,
  • Several end-of-year prizes to students in recognition of meritorious academic performance, and,
  • Sporting competitions under the name of Dolphins.

Old Collegians are kept in touch with through The Gym – our quarterly newsletter distributed electronically to your preferred email address.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the CBCOC, please visit the CBC Old Collegians’ Association Facebook page or contact The Gym editor at (08) 8400 4263 or email publications@cbc.sa.edu.au.

If you would like to join a soccer, football or rowing team, please phone Shane Winter on 0400 633 645 for more information.
