Complete Student Transfer Advice Form

If your child is transferring from a different school to CBC,  please complete Box 1 and Box 3 of the Government of South Australia’s Student Transfer Advice form and return it to your son’s current/previous school.

CBC uses SEQTA as the main method of communication with students, parents and caregivers, providing a central location for messaging (Direqt messages), assessment and attendance details, portals, timetables, and more. Click here to download your copy of the SEQTA login instructions. An email will be sent to you just prior to commencement with your login details. 

Qkr! App

The Qkr! App provides a convenient way to make safe and secure payments for the Canteen, Uniform Shop, excursions, and special events.

Create an Operoo Profile

The college uses Operoo to record emergency and medical information for our students and is a convenient way for parents to keep this information up-to-date. CBC also uses Operoo to obtain consent for excursions and other activities. We will send you an email from Operoo (Mid Jan for Term 1 Starters) with instructions on how to set up an account.

Book a Uniform Fitting

For students new to CBC, please ensure you have arranged a fitting via the link below. For more information visit the Uniform Shop page. or contact the Uniform Shop on 08 8400 4249.  For students commencing in Term 1 2024 please make your booking now, for an appointment time prior to Friday 8 December 2023.

Nominate your Co-Curricular Choice

Refer to the Co-curricular Nominations booklet (also, in your Welcome Pack) for information about your co-curricular options at CBC and then use the link below to nominate your choice:

School Laptops

In 2024, students in Years 7–11 will be provided with school-issued laptops. Students in Year 12 will need to provide their own laptop as part of the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program. Junior School students have access to school laptops and iPads.

Stationery Lists

Stationery lists are available here on the College website in early November. Students can download lists specific to their year level or order online from Lighthouse Books (Senior Campus) or Campion (Junior Campus).

School Fees

The College will supply you with the following financial documents upon commencement.

• CBC Fee Schedule – CBC’s Financial Charter, School Fees and payment options are detailed in this document.
• School Fee Payment Plan Form – This form asks you to confirm your payment options.
• Sibling Discount Form (if applicable) – If you have other children attending another Catholic school, you may be eligible for a Sibling Discount.
• Tax Invoice – The College will email you a tax invoice that will detail the school fees for your son(s) with all known and approved discounts.
• School Card Discount (if applicable) – To confirm your eligibility for school card please refer to the School Card website. In the meantime if you have any questions in relation to school fees, please contact the Finance team (E: accounts@cbc.sa.edu.au or P: 08 8400 4207)

Complete EAL/D Form

For students where English is not the first language please complete and return the EAL/D form with the enrolment documentation or to enrolment@cbc.sa.edu.au.

Sibling Enrolment

Remember to complete an enrolment application form for any sibling starting at CBC – it’s never to early to secure their place!
