About the Role
Christian Brothers College is seeking to appoint a dedicated, innovative, and student-focused Head of Junior Campus (R to 6) to join our dynamic leadership and Junior Campus team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader to inspire excellence and continue the strong tradition of early years education at the College.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- A genuine passion for early years education, with a commitment to fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
- The ability to create and lead engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that nurture every child’s potential.

You will work closely with the Director to provide a safe, friendly and stimulating environment for children in Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. The hours may include Monday to Friday from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm and two-morning shifts per week from 7.15 am to 10.15 am.
