Temporary Relief Teaching
Thank you for considering Christian Brothers College for temporary relief teaching. The College welcomes committed professional staff who are willing to make a difference in the lives of the students they come in contact with.
To be considered for temporary relief teaching at Christian Brothers College you are required to submit the following documents:
- Covering Letter addressed to the College Principal – Mr Dan Lynch including your availability
- Resume
- Teachers Registration Certificate
- Responding to Abuse and Neglect Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Completed Applicant Declaration Form (See PDF below)
- Completed CBC Online Safety Induction Certificate (The CBC Induction for Staff can be found here. Complete and print Step 3 form ‘WHS Induction Module Test.xlsm’ from the induction process and include with your TRT application.)
Once documents are received and should a position become available suited to your skills and abilities you will be contacted for an interview with the Daily Organisation Coordinator and the Human Resources Manager.

All applicants are required to:

- Provide evidence of your ability to engage and contribute to living the College values of Faith, Excellence, Compassion and Community within the Edmund Rice tradition.
Additional requirements for POR and Non-teaching Positions (ESO) applicants:
- Provide evidence of experience, knowledge, attributes and capabilities relevant to the position Person Specification criteria outlined in the related Position Information Document (PID)
- Provide evidence addressing the position Broad Purpose criteria outlined in the related PID, outlining examples and achievements that demonstrate your claims.
- How you meet the selection criteria points above should be no longer than two pages.
Applicants for teaching positions or positions with a possible teaching component are required to:
