Our CBC community firmly believes your child is an amazing individual. Through a CBC education, your child will bring to fruition their full potential.

The Senior Campus offers students a diverse range of subjects and pathways towards their South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and post schooling options. The college has effective community partnerships with universities, TAFE, local employers and external agencies, offering a large variety of VET options for students within our curriculum. The diversity of our curriculum offerings and partnerships allow our students to develop strong academic skills, broad analytical thinking abilities and the confidence to operate in a rapidly changing global environment.

Subjects at Year 11 and 12 (Stage 1 and 2) are developed in accordance with the requirements of the SACE Board. The Senior School focuses on students ‘building on their strengths’ by choosing a path of study which is linked to their own interests and provides the best opportunity for individual success and SACE completion. Students can also take advantage of Vocation Education and Training (VET) offerings to earn SACE credits and possible TAFE competencies whilst participating in real life workplace learning.

The City Electrotechnology Trade Training Centre offers students a launchpad to become more aware of future career pathways within the Electrotechnology and Electronics industry. The ACE TTC is a collaboration between Christian Brothers College and St Mary’s College.

We believe ACE TTC students are able to demonstrate a point of difference when marketing themselves beyond the school gate due to their increased employability skills and advanced learning capabilities in vocational education and training; certificate courses and SACE electronics subjects.
