Director Early Years Learning

The Director Early Years Learning will lead innovative early childhood learning and be responsible for the operational management of the Centre for girls and boys aged 6 months to 5 years.  The successful applicant will:
  • Possess proven ability in implementing curriculum guided by The Early Years Learning Framework, and the inspiration of the Reggio Emilia educational approach.
  • Be an experienced educator committed to leading innovative early childhood principles to enhance children’s learning.
  • Have acquired prior experience to effectively manage the daily functions of a centre, including payroll, rosters, human resources and enrolments.
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead, support and enhance the development of 30 plus staff as a professional learning community.
