Christian Brothers College is divided between two campuses, both on Wakefield Street. A short walk across Hutt Street separates the Junior School (on the corner of East Terrace and Wakefield Street) from the Senior Campus. It is within short walking distance of the Adelaide parklands.

The Junior School offers over 200 places for students in grades Reception through to Year 7. Completed in 1963, it has undergone numerous upgrades, including the recent addition of an Early Learning Centre which, for the first time in CBC history, offers classes for the Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 levels.
